4 chicken breasts
2oz pesto – Easy Pesto Recipe
4 oz low fat cream cheese
4 slices ham
salt & pepper

Mix the pesto and cream cheese. Slice chicken breast to create a pocket. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff the chicken with the pesto/cheese mixture.

Wrap in ham

Create parcels in foil and bake for 25-30 mins on 400F

Garnish with basil if any leftover from the pesto and enjoy
