Strawberries with Basil Infused Cream

1 pt organic whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
6 basil leaves

In a pan bring the cream to boil then remove from the heat and add the basil leaves. Allow to steep for 30 minutes then pour through a sieve into the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Add sugar and whip till stiffened then pour onto fresh strawberries
