Macaroni Beef Tomato Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
⅔ cup onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef (Organic)
3 cups chicken broth
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
29 oz. tomato sauce
1½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves
2 cups dry Trottole prepared
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic and cook
Add ground beef and cook
Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
Stir in the hebs and bay leaf. Add the pasta
Ladled soup into bowls. Serve With Parmesan cheese
Serve with Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Muffin
