Honey Baked Salmon
1lb salmon portion
1/2 Lemon sliced
1/4 tsp Herbs de Provence
1tbsp melted butter
1 tsp honey
Turn oven onto 350 f
While it is warming up wash and dry the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Place on foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray
Mix herbs honey and butter together and coat salmon
Place lemons on top and seal as a pouch. Bake for 25 mins or until cooked. Open foil pouch and broil for 2 mins to finish
We love to serve as sliders with bacon and garlic mayo
